Decarbonize material production, promote sustainability, and remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.

Affiliate Engagement

The UC Davis Materials Decarbonization and Sustainability Center (MDSC) is committed to serving as a collaborative hub that brings together stakeholders from all sectors to engage on and prioritize pressing sustainability concerns. The center uses data-driven research as a catalyst for addressing decarbonization challenges in the manufacture, adoption, use, and disposal of materials. We aim to be a valuable research and education resource for reducing emissions and driving mechanisms to address environmental damages in today’s dynamically changing regulatory and environmental climate. The transformative work of the MDSC will place UC Davis and affiliate members at the nation’s forefront of advanced materials development and systems design to counter climate change.

Affiliate Benefits
